Universal Teller at Lake in the Hills, IL. The role involves assisting the branch in achieving deposit and loan growth by identifying opportunities to convert service opportunities into sales, contacting new or existing customers in person or by phone to retain and expand banking relationships, soliciting referrals from internal departments and customers, performing a wide variety of banking transactions accurately while following bank policies and compliance procedures, and delivering excellent customer service. Key skills include cash handling and advanced math, professional presentation, clear written and verbal communication, knowledge of banking policies, cross-selling, teamwork, multitasking, accuracy, and computer proficiency (Word and Excel). Spanish language ability is preferred. Onsite position with local candidates; no relocation provided.
