Job Summary
Proactively gather member information, review accounts for compliance, and open new accounts while processing daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. Prepare documents for member meetings, handle walk-in discussions, and recommend products to improve financial situations. Differentiate between credit union and competitor services to present tailored solutions. Support branch activities to grow memberships and strengthen relationships with existing members. This role covers both Wabamun and Stony Plain branches and requires at least one year of retail banking experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail banking or sales experience
- High school diploma
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check
- Must successfully pass a reference check
- Must successfully pass a credit check
Desired Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Finance (or related studies)
- IFIC certification
