Universal Direct Support Professional - Mercer County, PA

Universal Direct Support Professional providing one-on-one and group-based support in homes, community settings, and licensed residential programs. Supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) across Mercer County, PA, including Hermitage, Sharon, Grove City, Mercer, Farrell, and surrounding communities. Responsibilities include supporting behavioral, social, and vocational skill development; assisting with recreational and community activities; following treatment plans and documenting progress; offering companionship and respite care; submitting documentation and payroll on time; participating in ongoing training; assisting with personal care needs as required; and working independently across home, community, and group home settings. Requires minimum 2 years of caregiving experience, genuine interest in supporting individuals with I/DD, valid driver’s license and car insurance, ability to work flexible weekend/evening schedules, high school diploma or equivalent, ability to pass background checks, and physical ability to assist with lifting or transfers. Compensation is $23.00 per hour with a $1,000 signing bonus for qualified candidates.
