Job Summary
Universal Direct Support Professionals provide one-on-one and group-based support in homes, community settings, and licensed residential programs to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping with behavioral, social, and vocational skill development, recreation, and daily living activities; duties include following treatment plans, documenting progress, providing companionship and respite care, and supporting independence and safety in varied environments; requires minimum 2 years of caregiving experience, HS diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, ability to pass background checks, and physical ability for lifting/transfers; positions include full-time weekend and evening schedules with pay at $23 per hour and a $1,000 signing bonus.
Required Qualifications
