Universal Custodian (FT)

Conduct routine cleaning tasks including wet and damp mopping, buffing, window washing, vacuuming, carpet and floor care, and trash disposal in public areas and assigned locations. Move furniture into and out of resident apartments, homes, health care rooms, and offices. Set up meeting rooms with tables, chairs, and other furniture for regularly scheduled meetings, resident activities, and special events. Operate carpet extractors and floor scrubbers while attending monthly safety and training meetings. Promptly report concerns regarding resident and employee health or safety, as well as missing or defective equipment, to the Supervisor.
