Job Summary
Provide resident care across multiple departments including nursing, dining, and housekeeping. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, eating, hygiene, and mobility; observe changes in health and safety; respond to call signals and emergencies; assist with transfers and mobility; serve meals, take orders, and ensure high resident satisfaction; clean rooms and common areas; launder linens and maintain infection control and chemical safety practices. Maintain confidentiality, attend trainings, and perform other duties as assigned. Must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and maintain a flexible schedule; strong communication and teamwork skills and a compassionate approach to working with older adults.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to read, write and comprehend the English language
