Job Summary
Provide services across caregiving, housekeeping, and dining; assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, hygiene, mobility); observe changes in health and safety, respond to call signals and emergencies, and assist with transfers and mobility. Support residents' dining by serving meals, taking orders, and maintaining dining area; clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas; follow chemical safety and infection control procedures. Maintain confidentiality of resident information; attend staff meetings and in-services; perform other duties as assigned. Must promote teamwork, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate compassion and dedication to elder care.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be age 18 or older
- Ability to read, write and comprehend the English language
- Must be able to have a flexible schedule
