As a Universal Client Contact Specialist I, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling various inquiries regarding deposits, loans, and technology products through phone, live chat, email, and secure messaging. Responsibilities include researching and resolving customer issues, executing transactions, and conducting outbound follow-ups for client satisfaction. Candidates should possess critical thinking, strong communication skills, and be detail-oriented. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in banking, is preferred, along with relevant educational background.
Required Qualifications
