Job Summary
Conduct all teller and platform transactions, open new accounts, and recommend deposit, loan, investment, and insurance products aligned with member goals. Deliver prompt support for account maintenance and problem resolution while promoting self-service tools like online banking and mobile apps. Serve as a keyholder for operational procedures and maintain strict compliance with security protocols. Assist members in identifying lending solutions for life milestones through inbound, outbound, and referral conversations. This role requires previous banking and lending experience. The position is full-time at the Winter Garden branch with 11 paid holidays and a 6% 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in a member-facing role
- Previous banking experience
- Previous lending experience in a financial institution
- Passion for helping people improve their financial well-being and achieve meaningful financial goals
- You lead with care and know how to listen and respond to members' needs
- Comfortable navigating both transactional and consultative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident initiating financial conversations, uncovering member goals, educating members on available solutions, and making thoughtful recommendations that support long-term financial wellness
- Proven track record of achieving individual and/or branch goals
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Able to adapt quickly and take initiative to serve where you're most needed
