Job Summary
Universal Banker responsible for providing high quality customer service as a cross-trained new accounts representative and owning the entire customer experience. Responsibilities include processing financial transactions, balancing daily transactions, asking open-ended questions to identify customer needs, opening and servicing accounts, responding to client inquiries, supporting branch sales and community initiatives, and ensuring adherence to bank policies and procedures. Requires strong interpersonal and verbal skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, ability to work as part of a team, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced in-branch environment. In-office position with potential evening and Saturday hours; locations include McLean, VA ( Bethesda/Great Falls/Reston listed as possible working locations).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- At least one to two years banking experience in a teller or new accounts position is preferred
