The Universal Banker provides comprehensive banking services, combining teller and personal banker roles, aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and building strong relationships.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of customer service and/or cash-handling experience
- Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office, including Teams
- Basic mathematical proficiency
- Ability to read, count, and handle money with precision
- Ability to type and use 10-key by touch
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Credit in good standing
Desired Qualifications
- Compliance Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of banking compliance regulations and ensure adherence to all relevant laws and guidelines.
- Bilingual Skills: Fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages to serve a diverse customer base.
- Software Knowledge: Familiarity with Jack Henry Silverlake.
