Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service by providing a welcoming experience, assisting with inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy, while performing account openings, updates, and closings in compliance with bank policies. Promote bank products and services to achieve sales goals for accounts, loans, and financial solutions by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate offerings. Monitor cash drawer accuracy, maintain organized records for audits, and escalate suspicious account activity to management. Collaborate with branch team members to ensure seamless service delivery and support training for new hires.
