Job Summary
Financial Service Representative (FSR) who combines Teller, Banker, and Loan Officer duties to service members at a branch. Responsibilities include processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, wire transfers, currency from the vault, and other transactions; identifying member needs and offering solutions; developing and maintaining member relationships; cross-selling products and services; handling onboarding calls and ensuring account retention with world-class service; adhering to policies, regulations, and privacy requirements; and supporting loan decisions with accurate documentation.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or other equivalent
- Previous cash handling & customer service experience
- 6+ months experience in building customer relationships in a low pressure sales environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
