Job Summary
Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and thoroughly handling monies; educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking); support sales and service activities through outbound calls and identification of client needs, with emphasis on Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions; participate in leadership routines and training; adhere to internal controls and policies; serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution; travel flexibility for staffing needs and ability to work weekends/extended hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience
- Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to master personal computer (PC) keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation
- Ability to multi-task under time constraints
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
- Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes
- Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included
