Job Summary
Universal Banker role combines teller, personal banker, and customer service duties to provide retail banking products and services. Responsibilities include full-service banking with emphasis on service and sales to new and existing customers, teller transactions, account openings/updates, and delivering information on promotions and new account options. Must focus on customer needs to maximize experience, meet sales/referral targets, and develop opportunities with current/potential customers. Strong computer skills and exceptional customer service are required; training is provided.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer Service experience
- Cash Handling experience
