Universal Banker

Perform full-service banking with a primary focus on service and sales to new and existing customers within the branch. Execute teller duties including cash transactions, opening or updating accounts, and providing information on other products and services. Fulfill customer needs on the phone and during branch visits to maximize the customer experience while meeting and exceeding sales and referral goals. Provide information to customers regarding promotions, contests, and new account options. This role combines teller, personal banker, and customer service functions at Sunflower Bank, N.A.'s Sherman Oaks branch.
