Perform full-service banking with a primary focus on service and sales to new and existing customers within the branch. Execute teller duties including cash transactions, account openings, and updates while providing product information. Fulfill customer needs on the phone and during branch visits to maximize the customer experience. Meet and exceed sales and referral goals alongside individual and branch targets.
