Universal Banker

Perform full-service banking with a primary focus on sales and service to new and existing customers, handling cash transactions, opening or updating accounts, and providing product information. Fulfill customer needs on the phone and during branch visits to maximize the customer experience while developing new business opportunities. Meet and exceed sales, referral, and individual branch targets by promoting promotions, contests, and new account options. This full-time role works 40 hours per week at our La Grange, TX branch.
