Universal Banker

Perform full-service banking with a primary focus on service and sales to new and existing customers within the branch. Execute teller duties including cash transactions, opening or updating accounts, and providing information on other products and services. Fulfill customer needs to maximize the customer experience on the phone and during branch visits while developing new business opportunities with current and potential customers. Meet and exceed sales, referral, and individual branch targets by providing information regarding promotions, contests, and new account options. This full-time role requires 40 hours per week and offers hourly pay between $20.00 and $26.00.
