Universal Banker

Perform full-service banking with a primary focus on service and sales to new and existing customers within the branch. Execute teller duties including cash transactions, account openings, updates, and providing product information. Fulfill customer needs on the phone and during branch visits to maximize the customer experience. Meet and exceed sales, referral, and individual branch targets while informing customers about promotions, contests, and new account options. This role combines teller, personal banker, and customer service functions at Sunflower Bank, N.A.'s San Diego branch.
