Universal Banker

Perform full-service banking with a primary focus on service and sales to new and existing customers within the Marco Island, FL branch. Execute teller duties including cash transactions, account openings, and updates while providing information on other products and services. Fulfill customer needs on the phone and during branch visits to maximize the customer experience. Meet and exceed sales, referral, and individual branch targets by informing customers about promotions, contests, and new account options. This role combines teller, personal banker, and customer service functions, with training provided for banking experience.
