Job Summary
Universal Banker responsible for opening SBSU deposit accounts (including 401(k), IRA, and credit cards), resolving customer concerns, processing transactions, and balancing a cash drawer. Build expertise in SBSU accounts and services, assess customer needs to promote products, perform money transfers and check ordering, and research questions to support relationships. Engage in community outreach and support branch operations. Role operates Monday–Friday 10:00 AM–7:00 PM with rotating Saturdays (10:00 AM–4:00 PM) at the Cedar City South Interchange branch. Requires strong knowledge of banking regulations, procedures, and customer service with an emphasis on relationship development; participate in other duties as assigned by the Branch Operations Manager.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must pass a credit & background check
- At least 6 months of cash handling experience
- Extensive face-to-face customer service work experience
