Job Summary
Process member transactions including check cashing, deposits, and loan payments while performing vault custodian duties and balancing. Facilitate account servicing requests via in-person and telephone channels, uncover member needs to open new accounts, and answer phones to resolve inquiries through appropriate research. Educate members on beneficial products and services, maintaining strong interpersonal skills to deliver prompt, knowledgeable service. Requires 2 years of cash handling experience, ability to work branch hours including Saturdays, and proficiency in MS Office. Bilingual English/Portuguese or English/Spanish is a plus. - 2 years' cash handling experience preferably in a bank or credit union setting
