Job Summary
Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and thorough proper handling of all monies assigned. Deliver superior quality service by engaging clients with courteous conversation, conducting complex and standardized transactions, and uncovering needs. Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking) to enhance their service experience. Support team sales by participating in client outreach through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying needs or opportunities, potentially referring clients to branch team members or specialists. Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ unique needs. Participate in the Retail Community Bank leadership routines and advance product knowledge through training and meetings. Adhere to internal controls, risk management policies, and stay informed of policy changes. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, handling proportional workload during branch demands.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience
- Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation
- Ability to multi-task under time constraints
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required
- Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours, with occasional travel and overnights may be included
