Job Summary
Greet and serve customers courteously while offering relevant products and services to meet their needs. Process transactions including deposits, payments, and transfers; cash checks within authority; and handle statement reconciliation inquiries. Maintain an approved cash level by turning in excess and mutilated currency, preparing daily settlements, and scanning transactions for batch submission. Meet or exceed referral and sales goals for business and consumer clients while coordinating departmental tasks to ensure efficient processes. Prepare reports for currency transactions and BSA requirements, minimize risk of losses, and respond to inquiries within established policy. Travel to other banking center locations as needed and support non-paying activities such as new accounts or loan processing.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of one (1) year of related experience preferred

- Moderate reading, writing, and grammar skills
- Proficient analytical and mathematics skills
- Proficient communicative and interpersonal relations skills
- Proficient eye-hand coordination
- Ability to operate various office machines
- Ability to lift approximately fifty (50) lbs. of coin
- Visual and auditory skills
