Job Summary
Provide member-focused banking service as a Universal Banker, handling routine transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments; respond to basic member inquiries; perform account maintenance (address updates, debit card assistance, stop payments); promote bank products through needs-based conversations and refer complex needs as appropriate; balance cash drawer daily; follow security, compliance, and fraud-prevention procedures; support branch operations and deliver a professional, member-first experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in banking, financial services, retail, or cash handling
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Notary Public and credit union experience a plus
