Job Summary
Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and thoroughly handling all monies assigned; deliver superior service by engaging clients, understanding financial needs, and educating them on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking). Cross-trained to support sales and service activities, including outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise. Participate in branch leadership routines, attend training, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures; act as a secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution while handling fluctuating branch workloads.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience
- Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills
- Ability to multi-task under time constraints
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs
- Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included
