Job Summary
Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and thorough handling of all monies; educate clients on digital/self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking); participate in outbound client outreach and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities; support sales and service processes, attend training, adhere to internal controls and risk management; serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution; weekend availability and part-time schedule (20 hours) at Nashville, TN location.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience
- Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation
- Ability to multi-task under time constraints
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs
- Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included
