Job Summary
Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and thoroughly handling all monies assigned. Cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a focus on outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. Responsibilities include delivering a distinctive client experience, educating clients on digital/self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), supporting the sales process through client outreach and referral to branch team members, and participating in IRM to deliver Truist expertise. Participate in leadership routines, pursue product knowledge through training, adhere to internal controls and policies, assist with new account openings and problem resolution, and support branch operations as needed. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task, and willingness to travel or work variable hours are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience
- Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation
- Ability to multi-task under time constraints
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and work weekends/extended hours
