Universal Banker -Palmer Branch

As Universal Banker, you’ll be the face of the bank, greeting customers and handling transactions while helping clients meet their financial goals. Responsibilities include deposits/withdrawals, account management, loan payments, and identifying solutions through sales-driven advising. You’ll build relationships, stay compliant with regulations, learn banking systems, and train or mentor teammates as UB II/III. Strong communication, organization, and tech proficiency with banking software and MS Office are valued, with opportunities for growth and advancement at the Palmer Wasilla branch. This is a full-time, non-exempt role with potential progression from Universal Banker I through III, reflecting increasing responsibilities and leadership.
