Job Summary
Conduct daily branch operations as a teller, managing walk-in and scheduled appointments for consumer and business banking customers. Educate clients on banking solutions, explain loan application criteria, and proactively reach out to drive retention and expansion. Accurately process transactions, resolve overdrafts, and handle customer complaints while adhering to AML, BSA, and KYC compliance standards. Escalate suspected fraud cases and maintain internal control standards. Requires high school diploma, one year of retail sales or customer service experience, and bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred. Location: Alexandria, Virginia. Hourly pay range $21.68 - $36.13.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of 1 year's proven retail sales, call center, customer service, or telesales experience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with varying customers (consumer to small business)
- Ability to effectively handle difficult customer conversations
- Well-organized
- Proven time management skills

- Ability to work under critical time constraints in a team environment
- Proficiency with internet user-level technology
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Prolonged use of hands and fingers
