Job Summary
Greet customers, handle transactions, and assist with deposits, withdrawals, account management, loan payments, and product suggestions. Solve problems by answering questions, helping clients plan and save, and suggesting services that meet their financial goals. Maintain daily operations by learning new systems, adhering to regulations, and completing ongoing training. For Universal Banker III, step up during management absences to mentor new teammates and ensure smooth branch operations.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months in cash-handling, retail, or hospitality
- 1+ year in banking OR 2+ years in customer service/cash-handling
- Degree in a related field can replace experience
- 3+ years of banking experience
- Leadership and mentoring experience preferred
- Able to run the branch in a pinch!
- Stellar communication and people skills
- Detail-driven and highly organized
- Great under pressure and loves a good challenge
- Tech-savvy with MS Office and banking software
- Team player, self-starter, and fast learner
