Job Summary
Universal Banker Trainee responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences, handling deposits and cash transactions, performing needs-based questioning to identify product referrals, assisting with basic deposit account openings, and supporting sales and service goals. Role involves balanced cash handling, recognizing counterfeit currency, promoting banking products and services, participating in outreach activities, and working with senior staff to develop product knowledge and customer relationships. Must be able to participate in training and travel as needed and contribute to a collaborative banking-center environment.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and transport coin and currency bags (25-50 lbs)
