Universal Banker

Universal Banker Trainee responsible for delivering excellent customer experiences, handling deposits and cash, balancing cash drawer, and identifying customers’ needs to refer them to appropriate banking products. Requires knowledge of basic deposit and lending products, ability to perform needs-based questioning to build relationships and expand client opportunities, assist with basic account openings, and participate in outbound outreach and team initiatives. Role involves occasional travel for training and may require work in a Midland States Bank office to support internal and external customers. Strong communication, customer focus, adaptability, and adherence to banking policies are essential.
