Job Summary
Universal Banker engaging with customers to understand their financial needs, recommending appropriate products and services related to spending and saving. Serve as the financial liaison to customers entering the branch, open new accounts, assist with teller transactions, and provide world-class customer service. Build deep, lasting relationships, educate customers on banking options, drive referrals to branch colleagues, and collaborate with teammates to support broader financial needs. Bring positive energy and a professional appearance to the bank, and leverage technology and AI to enhance customer interactions and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree or GED required
- Minimum of 2+ year cash handling experience strongly preferred
- Two (2) years of sales and customer service experience
