Job Summary
In a Merchants Branch Universal Banker role, process customer transactions and guide customers to financial solutions, while building long-term relationships. Responsible for handling teller and Relationship Banker duties as branch needs dictate, advising members on products and services, assisting with accounts, loans, and maintenance, and educating customers on ESL’s digital offerings. Requires strong communication, problem solving, and relationship-building skills, with a flexible approach to support branch operations and sales objectives. Must be able to learn banking functions, meet sales goals, and deliver a positive in-person member experience.
Required Qualifications
- One year in sales/service in the financial services or comparable industry required
- High School diploma or High School equivalency diploma required
