Universal Banker

Universal Banker role focused on branch customer experience through sales, service and digital engagement of Consumer and Business Banking customers. Supports daily operations of the branch as a Teller and meets customer service and sales needs as required by the assigned branch. Handles customer appointments and walk-ins, identifies customer needs, and refers complex needs to the appropriate partner. Responsibilities include educating customers on banking solutions, making recommendations based on identified needs, promoting digital capabilities, guiding customers through loan criteria, completing servicing-related tasks, following the bank’s sales process, proactively retaining and expanding customer relationships, managing lobby interactions, introducing banking partners when appropriate, and adhering to AML/BSA/KYC processes and other compliance controls. The role requires a customer-centric, empathetic approach with digital fluency, teamwork, and adaptability to support a wide range of banking needs including new accounts and loan origination. The position in Revere, MA reports within a branch environment and involves standing for extended periods and light-to-heavy lifting as part of the daily duties. The pay range is $21.68 - $36.13 hourly, with compensation determined by experience and qualifications.
