Job Summary
Provide exceptional branch customer service and drive sales for Consumer and Business Banking. Responsibilities include handling teller duties, educating customers on features, identifying needs, referring complex opportunities to partners, promoting digital capabilities, explaining loan-application criteria, completing servicing tasks, logging interactions, maintaining AML/BSA/KYC compliance, resolving overdrafts and customer complaints, and supporting branch operations and lobby management. Requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment within an Etters, PA branch.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 1 year proven retail sales, call center, customer service, or telesales experience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with varying customers (consumer to small business)
- Ability to effectively handle difficult customer conversations
- Well-organized
