Job Summary
Universal Banker role supporting sales, service and client experience in a branch and Local Market environment. Engage with Personal, Prestige and Private Banking clients to understand needs, resolve inquiries, open and maintain accounts, and deliver a consistent client experience. Support Local Market initiatives with opportunities for client growth, promote banking solutions, and encourage use of digital/non-branch channels. Apply risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements (KYC, FAIS, PII); analyze client information and documentation to make informed recommendations; contribute to a high-performing team culture and assist with branch/Local Market objectives. Travel within the Local Market may be required.
Required Qualifications
- NQF Level 5 FAIS-aligned qualification
- FAIS Representative status or ability to operate under supervision
- FAIS Fit and Proper requirements
- 3 to 4 years’ experience in branch banking, frontline banking, client service, sales or a contact centre environment
