Assist members with all financial transactions while maintaining accurate account information and exceeding established service standards. Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service through both in-person and digital interactions, guiding members toward financial growth via product referrals. Work directly with members to ensure efficient service while adhering to core values of being member-focused, team-oriented, and community-minded. Hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, with rotating coverage for drive-throughs until 6:00 pm and select Saturday shifts. This role is part of Leaders Credit Union, one of the largest and most stable financial cooperatives in West Tennessee, offering extensive training and a culture of internal growth.
