Job Summary
Assist customers with preparing new account applications, inputting data into the core processing system, and enrolling in electronic services like online banking and mobile deposit. Provide proper disclosures, resolve errors and disputes, and recommend products at the point of sale. Operate a teller drawer and perform all teller functions as schedules dictate while maintaining a warm, friendly customer experience. Requires prior cash handling and customer service experience, familiarity with banking software, and a high school degree. Schedule includes Monday-Friday rotating shifts from 7:30am-5:45pm and Saturdays 7:30am-12:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with banking software, banking operations and other technology
- High school degree
- Prior cash handling experience
- Customer service experience
- Engaging, outgoing, and positive personality
- Ability to provide a warm and consistently friendly customer experience
- Monday-Friday, rotating 7:30am-5:45pm; Saturdays 7:30am-12:00pm
