Job Summary
Greet customers, handle transactions, and solve problems ranging from deposits and withdrawals to account management and loan payments. Assist clients with opening accounts, answer questions, and suggest products that help them meet financial goals. Maintain sharpness by learning new systems, adhering to regulations, and completing ongoing training. For Universal Banker III, lead operations when management is away and mentor new teammates.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months in cash-handling, retail, or hospitality
- 1+ year in banking OR 2+ years in customer service/cash-handling
- Degree in a related field
- 3+ years of banking experience
- Leadership and mentoring experience
- Able to run the branch in a pinch
- Stellar communication and people skills
- Detail-driven and highly organized
- Great under pressure and loves a good challenge
- Tech-savvy with MS Office and banking software
- Team player, self-starter, and fast learner
