Job Summary
Coach and motivate staff to effectively sell and refer bank products, while accepting and processing financial transactions for customers. Listen to client needs to cross-sell services, prepare new account applications, and grow the deposit base by consolidating accounts and managing loan applications. Manage office cash levels, schedule Service Representatives, and oversee training for new and existing staff to ensure compliance with Passumpsic Savings Bank policy and federal regulations. Demonstrate adherence to all banking laws and regulations. Requires five years of related experience or equivalent training and a high school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five years of experience in job related activities
- Two years of related college or technical training and three years of experience in job related activities
- Thorough understanding of Bank products and services
- Applicable CFT courses
