Job Summary
Deliver exceptional service to existing and potential clients by managing the full client experience, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and executing service requests within approved limits. Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan applications while providing supervisory overrides and reviewing work at day's end. Maintain consumer and business account relationships by developing action plans to expand profit potential and educating clients on available technology. Assist branch management and commercial loan officers on business calls, open products such as CDs and IRAs, and ensure compliance with all internal policies and regulations like BSA and FDIC. Maintain client file confidentiality while operating with agility to solve problems and deliver white-glove hospitality.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent
- Must be flexible to work approximately 25 hours per week within our banking hours: M, T, W, F from 8:30am to 5pm, Th from 8:30am to 6pm, Sat from 8:30am to 12pm
- Notary Public commission
- Maintain customer files
- Willing to dress and behave in a professional manner
