Job Summary
Deliver exceptional service to clients by managing the full client experience, executing transactions, and identifying cross-sell opportunities. Open consumer and business accounts, process deposits and withdrawals, and provide supervisory overrides when the Retail Private Banker is absent. Maintain branch operations by managing cash vaults, preparing shipments, and ensuring daily reporting and audits are completed. Stay current with banking regulations and internal policies while adhering to strict service protocols and best practices. Work M, T, W, F from 8:30am to 5pm and Th from 8:30am to 6pm, with Saturday hours from 8:30am to 12pm.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be flexible to work within our banking hours: M, T, W, F from 8:30am to 5pm, Th from 8:30am to 6pm, Sat from 8:30am to 12pm
- Ability to read, write and speak English clearly
- Customer experience in Retail or Hospitality preferred
- Banking experience a plus
- Ability to go the extra mile to fulfill a clients' needs
- Values being in-service to others, internally and externally and enjoys working with others to create a productive working environment
- Willing to grow and work in an environment where feedback is willingly given and received
- Proactively takes initiative to improve customer experience and team efficiency

Desired Qualifications
