Job Summary
Serve as a Teller and Personal Banker to grow customer relationships, conduct customer financial profiles, cross-sell and upsell banking products, open and service accounts, maintain accurate cash handling while delivering high-quality customer service. Proactively communicate with clients to educate, resolve issues, and ensure loyalty; apply need-based sales techniques; stay current on banking products and promotions; provide backup support across branches and assist as a mentor to colleagues. Strong written/verbal communication, intermediate PC skills, and experience in cash handling and customer service are expected.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of customer service experience required
- 1+ years of cash handling or retail banking experience required
- Cross selling experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
