Job Summary
Engage clients with exceptional customer service while explaining digital and mobile banking alternatives to complete transactions efficiently. Introduce and sell financial services to meet short and long-term needs based on client profiling and product knowledge. Process all types of financial transactions for clients, balance cash, and assist with vault, ATM cash recycler, and armored car duties. Work under the supervision of the Manager at the Waialae-Kahala Branch.
