Job Summary
Conduct proactive needs-based sales conversations through teller interactions, appointment setting, and service-to-sales engagements. Deliver loan products and process deposits, withdrawals, and routine transactions with accuracy and confidentiality while educating customers on banking technology and tools. Cultivate new relationships by identifying opportunities to cross-sell banking products and solve customer problems using comprehensive product knowledge. Ensure adherence to banking regulations and internal policies. This full-time, non-remote position requires a candidate with one or more years of banking or cash handling experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of previous banking, cash handling, or retail experience
- Demonstrated analytical, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
- Must be able to pass a criminal background and credit check
- Full-time, non-remote position
