Job Summary
Conduct proactive needs-based sales conversations through teller interactions, appointment setting, and service-to-sales engagements. Deliver loan products and process deposits, withdrawals, and routine transactions with accuracy and confidentiality. Educate customers on banking tools and technology while identifying opportunities to cross-sell products and cultivate new relationships. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of retail banking products, solve customer problems using product knowledge, and ensure adherence to regulations and internal policies. This full-time, non-remote role requires passing a criminal background and credit check.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of previous banking, cash handling, or retail experience
- Demonstrated analytical, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
- Must be able to pass a criminal background and credit check
