Job Summary
Conduct daily teller interactions, process deposits and withdrawals, and deliver loan products with accuracy and confidentiality. Drive proactive needs-based sales conversations through service-to-sales transitions and appointment setting to identify tailored financial wellness solutions. Educate customers on banking technology and tools while ensuring adherence to regulations and internal policies. Assist with cross-selling opportunities and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to solve customer problems effectively. This full-time, non-remote position requires a criminal background and credit check pass.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of previous banking, cash handling, or retail experience
- Demonstrated analytical, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
